CineTeatro Paissandu

O Projeto de Restauro e Reinauguração do Cine Teatro Paissandu é parte do nosso portfolio de projetos de terceiros aprovados pela FSR na Lei Rouanet.

O projeto de Rodrigo Pinto e Léo Feijó, através Ton Ton Filmes, visa a recuperação do Cine Paissandu, patrimônio cultural do Rio de Janeiro fundado em 1960. A ideia é converter o espaço em formato multiuso, mantendo as exibições de filmes de arte e levando outros espetáculos, com os mais modernos padrões de curadoria artística, além de promover ações comunitárias, de sustentabilidade e de acesso.

A FSR Produções foi responsável pela aprovação do projeto na Lei Rouanet, artigo 18, com valor de captação superior a R$ 7 milhões.

We had the pleasure of working with FSR and particularly Fernanda and Marcia in the design and build out of our Rio 2016 Hospitality Suite at the Sheraton in Leblon. From the initial designs to the final product, their attention to detail, creativity and really ‘listening’ to the scope and budget made this project seamless. The feedback from our client was “this is the best space we’ve created in the last 4 Olympics” and all of the credit goes to the FSR delivery team. It would be our privilege to partner again in Rio or elsewhere!!
