Lineker in Brazil: The Beautiful Game - BBC1 - Documentary. As Brazil prepared for the start of the 2014 World Cup, England football legend Gary Lineker presented a very special documentary on the World's fascination with Brazil and the Beautiful game. Gary met with Brazilian legends Pele, Leonardo and Ronaldo with frank and illuminating insights into the pleasure and pain of playing for Brazil. FSR was asked by the BBC to provide a local TV Sports Producer to Produce the Interviews with the legendary players, alongside providing the local crew with separate camera and sound plus the full locations logistics for managing the Interviews. The Programme was Broadcast on BBC1 Tuesday 10th June 2014. BBC Sports in the the World Cup also requested FSR to provide the location logistics for filming PTC’s with Gary Lineker and a Press crew on the iconic location of the Sugar Loaf due to FSR’s long term relationship with the Sugar Loaf Events Management Team. FSR Location sourcing for BBC Sports. In the months running up to the World Cup, BBC Sports requested FSR to source potential locations for the build of the FIFA WC Studio. FSR provided options for a number of locations on the Sugar Loaf with the choice of a platform directly underneath the Teleferic as being the optimum choice, with its incredible views across Rio, alongside locations for the BBC Press party arena on Copacabana. BBC 1 – Football Focus – Dan Walker Presents from Christ the Redeemer BBC Sports again requested FSR to provide access and logistics for filming PTC’s on one of Rio’s most Iconic locations, Christo de Redentor with BBC Sports Presenter Dan Walker, a show focusing on the Brazil experience and how fans Worldwide enjoyed the tournament – for the BBC Saturday lunchtime Football Show – Football Focus, Broadcast in the UK on BBC1. FSR provided the complete location logistics for filming with a small crew on the Historical Site, known to be notoriously difficult to negotiate access, via its relationship with the Sites Managing Religious Board.
